I'll happily leave it to Alvieao2 to give a summary on this game: The third game in Capcom and Arika's Street Fighter EX series. As a launch game, Street Fighter EX3 felt somewhat of a rush job. It's also missing characters like Akuma, Hayate, Blair Dame, and Allen Snider; the latter two appeared in Fighting Layer (a Japan-only arcade fighter also by Arika, with no thanks to Namco!).

I did find it fun beating up random enemies in the end credits.
