Colnago Serial Number Chart
At later years, no more serial no. On the fork Imo, Colnago build frames of the best quality before 1975, and after the 'Colnago Master' were introduce Their quality when down because of the bike boom period. Unfortunately, it has no serial number, so the factory could/would give me any information on it. Every cyclist dreams about riding an Italian hand made Colnago. Most of people they are always trying to get the best deal and off course they are looking for a bargain. Unfortunately sometimes they realize the hard way that if it is too good to be true most of the times it is not true.

Colnago was also the first to introduce straight blade forks, known as the 'Precisa' fork which was supposed to improve stiffness for sprints. It most often is year - month - day but can be year - week of the year (01 - 52) or some variation like that. My Tommasini is a 2 digit year and month followed by a 3 digit production number.
