Picked this up a few years ago on CL for scrap metal price.

It was missing the cone nut.I wasn't too concerned figured I would find one somewhere. Hennesy doesn't have one or even offered to find the part# for me(I guess they want to sell new machines not service parts for old ones). As far as I can tell they made a change on the 1010 and later 1010 model had threads on the post all the way around. Mine has just a segment of threads about 3.5 in long with 8 threads. If anyone has something similar I would like to find out as maybe another brand can be adapted.

Pile driving works with the use of diesel pile hammers are not allowed in a range of cities in Russia. Static pile drivers can be applied to installing concrete, and tube pipes of various sizes in restrained urban conditions, near shabby buildings, in historic centers and other areas where dynamic, vibrational and noise effects are unacceptable. Therefore, static pile drivers are an ideal solution. Dlya

Ive been using a steel plate and muffler clamp. Not the best way to do this but I don't change tires that often.Im getting ready to dismount about 20 junk tires so need something better than a muffler clamp. Yea since the cone nut alone was over 2x what I paid for the machine it wasnt a real easy choice.but total cost was still cheap enough to warrant.

Heres some pics of what Ive done to help with mag wheels. Yes I know this was made for steel wheels but I have been careful and havent had a problem so far just really slow with all the precautions.

Ive got some of the plastic booties coming for the tire iron so that may help. Wish someone made booties for the clamp down bar and the bead breaker. Ive disconnected and removed the lower bead breaker as for mags its too hard to guide it properly, plus Ive always heard its the reason most steel wheels were bent. Installed wall to wall carpet to prevent scuffing. The hold down clamp is wrapped with cold shrink wrap and plastic tape to help with scuffing. Shema elektro oborudovaniya mersedes vario 814. I made an extension for the pin with pipe,a pipe cap and a grade 8 bolt.

I can put shims inside to raise it if needed.
